I highly recommend M&M Homewatch. They are very dependable and reasonably priced. I recently had a plumbing issue and hired them to do a service call. They were able to fix it as it was a minor issue. That alone saved me big bucks from having to call a plumber. Our renter told us they we're very professional and courteous. He was very happy they were able to fix the issue so quickly.
